ASB CLASSIC 2023 | UPDATE – NIGHT SESSION

Due to inclement weather, the night session of the ASB Classic on Thursday 5 January has been cancelled and these matches will now move indoors.

Ticket holders for the Thursday 5 January night session are entitled to a refund of 100% of the ticket price (including any booking fee).  

For tickets purchased through the Ticketek website, refunds will be made automatically after the completion of the event to the valid credit card or payment method used at time of the original purchase to the original purchaser. If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, please supply us with updated bank details to online@ticketek.co.nz, in order to process your refund.

For tickets purchased at the venue box office or from a Ticketek outlet please email Ticketek and include your transaction number, point of purchase, contact details and your bank account for payment of refund.  Email online@ticketek.co.nz  with the subject line: ASB Classic Tennis Refund.
